Biogas To Power Projects

We undertake biogas to power projects from 3 KW to 250 KW as per norms set by MNRE under Biogas based Power Generation Programme (BPGP) right from concept level to commissioning stage. We have successfully installed more than 50 such projects. Our scope of work includes construction and fabrication of biogas plant, feed preparation plant, slurry drying system,H2S and CO2 Scrubber, biogas engine (run entirely on biogas) coupled with Generator, control panels etc. Good quality of organic manure is a value added byproduct obtained in this project. These projects are eligible to get subsidy (CFA) from MNRE.

Industrial Effluent Based Biogas Plant And Power Generation From It

Many industries like Distilleries, Starch factories, Paper and Pulp plants, Food industries produce effluents which have to be treated in ETP plants. Biogas can be generated in large quantity if these effluents are treated in   Anaerobic plant.  We provide total consultancy for such projects, where power plant of 1 MW TO 3MW capacity can be set up. These plants are eligible to get CFA from MNRE.

Biogas From STP Units

Sewage Treatment Plants can be incorporated with Biogas Plants to yield a good quantity of biogas. This biogas after purification can be used for power generation to meet their power requirement for captive use. This will make them self reliant. We have installed such plants and can undertake such projects

Smokeless Village Project

Due to use of  inefficient biomass stoves (Chulhas)Indoor Air Pollution increases to very dangerous levels causing health hazards to women and children .We have implemented some model projects, where clean fuels like biogas were supplied to every household by pipeline. Such projects  not only provides very clean and safe domestic fuel but also takes care of solid waste like cow dung, kitchen waste and vegetable waste. The project also produces excellent organic manure thereby improving soil fertility. We can design and implement such projects as per needs of village and availability of feed stock. Such projects can be taken up under CSR initiatives by corporate sector.

Green Energy Csr Projects On Large Scale

Green Energy Projects can be taken up on block/district/region level by companies, co-op. Sugar  factories, Co-op Milk Processing Organizations for benefit of local community. These projects can improve lifestyle, energy use, productivity, health and overall development of the local people besides promoting green energy and protecting Environment. We have all necessary expertise and experience to develop and implement such projects. We are a part of one such project from very beginning, where around 20,000 domestic biogas plants are to be installed in 150 villages. These projects can be CDM Projects as these projects reduce GHG emissions.

Plastic To Fuel Projects

Plastics  like Polythene, polypropyline are not biodegradable and create ecological problems. Some of it can be recycled. But non recycled plastic is always a problem to dispose it off. This problem can be solved by a new technology offered by us. fuel. 

Pyrolysis

In this process one tone of plastic can yield up to 700 liters of Fuel oil, which can replace FO or LDO in boilers and furnaces.  There is no effluent produced in this process. We can provide such processing plants with capacity of 1 ton to 10 tons of plastic per day on Turn key basis including training to the workers.

Briquetting Plants

Briquette is totally renewable, clean, and compact biomass fuel. Many industries have switched over to briquettes from coal or FO as a cost saving and clean solution for their fuel needs.  We can help the Entrepreneurs in setting up Briquetting plants right from Concept to commissioning stage including help in marketing. We have helped many entrepreneurs up till now.

Furnace Conversion Of Fo Fired Boiler to Briquette Fired Boiler

We take up these conversion projects on BOOT Basis ,where the client need not have to invest anything. Moreover the saving starts from the day one. On expiry of BOOT period, the entire set up is handed over to the client free of cost. Initially the saving is between 10 to 15%, which increases up to 35 to 40% after expiry of BOOT period. A no. of such projects have been executed by our associates up till now.

Total Assistance For Getting Cfa From Mnre

We are MNRE  recognized consultants. We help the entrepreneurs in availing the benefits of Central Financial Assistance (CFA)  from MNRE for various Green Projects by preparing DPR, submitting it to the proper authority, taking a follow up.
